Sydney is 1 Year Old!
Getting older is a lot harder
than it looks. I am 32 inches tall and 24.5 pounds now!
That is a 62% increase in height and 337% increase in weight!
(Daddy says the geek is coming out)
I am starting to eat more normal foods. It makes for "artistic" meals.
Feeding myself is hard work. Orange is a good color on me. And everything else!
Utensils are overrated anyway.
See how I eat to put on that weight?
No. Really. Do you see it?
I have to relax also to keep my girlish figure! Club Sydney is open!
I do have the rough life.
I have to make my own waves! Can we go to Florida?
Splashing takes energy!
Hey! Where'd the sun go?!?!?
Now there's a Door Prize you don't see every day!
Why can't I feed it?
I can't feed this one either. But it's soft and cuddly!
Big Girl!
What's THAT button do?
I take up more space now that I'm older.
Nobody can sneak up on me now!
Hands are overrated.
Now that I'm older, I should broaden my horizons.
I need to learn to read first.
SALE! Grandpa says that's an important word. What's it mean?
A new toy!
WHEEEEEE!
Some things don't change! Those are bananas in case you wanted some!
Where DID I go?
Somewhere between a pirouette and running, there I am!
Ok, so it's running. Look out, here I come!
She likes this, right?
Love the baby. I'm a big sister now!
Bath is fine. Shower is new. A full frontal water assault.
It's like my own little rain shower.
Ok, where'd it go?
Really, we're picking up. I don't know how that Kleenex is floating in the air!
At 15 months, I'm starting to take charge. Or hoard toys. Whichever comes first.
Tunnels are cool.
What's Michael Jordan got on me? I'm cuter.
Rebound!
I need hang-time on the rim!
More tunnels! Daddy calls it habit-trail.
Zen Ziti
After a while, you run out of fingers to assist in the sticking!
Whoever invented twist tops was evil.
It's made from the greatest stuff on Earth, but I can't get to it!
Hmmmm... Too big. It's easier to get on than my own socks though!
Momma says "Uh Oh".
Call me Q. Curly Q.
Why do you ask? I'm not up to anything.
Things that make you go "Hmmmmm...."
Now that I'm 16 months old, I
can start to dress up for Halloween!
Last year didn't count.
I like elephants!
Just sometimes the hood is a little irritating.
Balance is everything. I was just showing you the completeness of my ensemble.
My what big ears I have. What did you say?
Halloween at Gymboree was fun!
BEAR! My favorite.
I am stylin' for the season!
These were much easier to get off than to put back on!
We got to go to the Cincinnati Zoo! I saw a REAL elephant!
ZEBRA! (I just can't get the 'z' yet)
Yes Momma, that's a spider in my hand.
Quasimoto. Or just a ball. Daddy has fun with me sometimes.
My tastes are more refined. My aim is not.
Now it's time for Trick-or-Treat!
I got my bag of loot! I'm not sure what it all is, but people wanted to give it to me!
What do you mean it's the wrong foot? Looks like it will fit!
How do I get all five of these things in at once?
I like my swingset! When
Momma's not looking, Daddy pushes me better!
But I won't tell!
By 17 months I have developed a keen sense of fashion. Or at least a loud one!
While my sister Caitlyn gets christened, I ponder why there is a giant bathtub in the middle of church.
Daddy laughed, but I'm comfy.
It's a workout, but someone has to ride the rodeo!
We went to a giant playground called Kids Place. Daddy says that's greek for "insanity" whatever that means.
BALLS! The Motherload!
Found one!
Other fun people play here too!
It's an air-filled floor that bounces. You try walking and looking normal!
See Christmas 2005 Pictures
This is my second Christmas, but Caitlyn's first!
